I have spent my professional life in various kitchens hence my lingo can veer toward the coarser side. I am okay with that. I have worked the past 20 years in the food industry. I started this journey with two professional cooking schools, and moved right into fine dining. After that segued into film catering, working on features and series, cooking for cast and crew. Interspersed in there have been stints with a commissary kitchen, planning, building and running a production kitchen with many many events, parties and dinners in between. My goal whenever I approach anything food related is to make people happy.
