OMG OMG OMG OMG... (chant inside my head). I am going to France. I am 41, a professional chef and have never been to Europe. I have so many romanticized expectations about the place that I have half convinced myself it could not possibly live up to many of the images, dreamscapes, and fantasies I have going. Soo... I am going to sit back, watch, and enjoy everything for what it is. In a few weeks I will have a report for you all.
